Our events focus on mental wellness, community connection, physical activity, and personal growth. Activities include hikes, workshops, group sessions, and awareness programs designed to improve mental well-being.

Who can attend these events?

Anyone can attend. Our events are open to individuals of all ages (depending on the activity), backgrounds, and fitness levels. We prioritize inclusivity and safe participation.

Do I need to be physically fit to join activities like hikes?

No advanced fitness level is required. Each event includes guidance and pacing suitable for beginners, with support from facilitators throughout the activity.

How do I register for an event?

You can register directly on the event page by filling in your details and submitting the form. Some events may require payment via M-Pesa to confirm your spot.

How do M-Pesa payments work?

After registration, you will receive an STK push prompt on your phone. Once payment is completed, you receive an instant receipt and confirmation of your booking.

Is my payment safe and secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure M-Pesa APIs with encrypted transactions. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.
